The November 4 count reports Jesse Cuellar 74 candidate votes (30.6%), Maria Elena Garcia 74 (30.6%), Meagan Erroa 51 (21.1%), and Jennifer Moe 43 (17.8%).
What the numbers mean
The tie is for first place, not for the final available seat; two seats are being filled. The school trustee electorate is a specific district area, not the entire county. All figures are preliminary and candidate-vote shares are not turnout.
Source and reporting cutoff
The San Luis Obispo County Clerk-Recorder published its fourth unofficial results report on November 4, 2026; the linked results compilation is stamped 1:55 a.m. Pacific on November 4.
